GROWTHAGENTS.COM

Privacy

How GrowthAgents.com handles inquiry information, basic technical records, browser preferences, and privacy requests.

Effective September 22, 2026.

We use GrowthAgents.com to present a domain available for acquisition, publish related editorial material, and receive purchase or partnership inquiries. This notice describes the information handled through this website. It does not apply to the separate websites linked from our pages, which publish their own privacy terms.

Information in an inquiry

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the fields you choose to complete. These may include your name, email address, company or website, phone number, inquiry type, intended use, preferred transaction method, offer information, and message. The exact fields shown can vary with the type of inquiry.

We use the submission to review the request, understand the proposed use, reply, discuss a possible transaction or partnership, and keep a record of the conversation. Sending a form does not purchase or reserve GrowthAgents.com and does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health records, confidential customer data, model credentials, private datasets, or other sensitive material that is not needed for an initial domain discussion. A short description of the organization and intended use is enough to begin.

Technical information used to operate the website

Our hosting, security, and message-delivery providers may process technical details needed to serve pages and protect the inquiry route. These details can include an IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested path, response status, and security signals associated with suspected abuse.

We may use limited request records to diagnose errors, protect the form, and investigate misuse. Providers may keep operational logs according to their own documented practices. Access to inquiry content and relevant technical records is limited to people and providers that need the information for the purposes described here.

Browser preference and optional tracking

The website uses local browser storage to remember your selection on the consent notice. The visible choices are Accept and No thanks. Either selection stores the preference so the notice does not repeatedly ask the same question. Choosing No thanks does not activate optional analytics, advertising, or other optional tracking.

We do not currently enable optional analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Choosing Accept therefore records the preference but does not turn on an optional measurement service. If that practice changes, this notice and the consent behavior should be updated before optional tracking is enabled.

You can remove the saved preference through your browser’s controls for site data. The consent notice may appear again after the preference is cleared or when a different browser or device is used.

Sharing and transaction discussions

We do not sell inquiry information or use it to create advertising audiences. We may share information with service providers that host the website, route the inquiry, deliver email, protect the service, or support an agreed transaction. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers when needed to evaluate an inquiry, document a transaction, protect rights, or meet an applicable obligation.

If a transaction service is selected later, that provider will handle information under its own terms and privacy notice. Choosing a preferred service in the inquiry form does not open an account, transfer funds, or send payment information to that provider.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to review and answer the request, continue a discussion, administer an agreed transaction, resolve a dispute, or satisfy applicable recordkeeping duties. Technical and delivery records may follow the retention schedules of the providers operating those systems.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to the information and the limited purpose of this website. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the inquiry form only for the initial information needed to contact you and understand the proposal.

Requests and updates

You can use the inquiry page to ask about personal information previously submitted through this website or to request a correction or deletion. Include the email address used in the original inquiry and enough context to locate the correspondence. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where an applicable obligation or legitimate need requires it.

GrowthAgents.com is intended for adults considering the domain or reading its editorial material. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has used the inquiry form, please contact us so the submission can be reviewed.

We may revise this notice when the website, inquiry process, or information practices change. The date shown above marks the version now in effect.
